SHIPPING INFO FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS
Regular stock orders ship out within 0 - 3 business days after being placed. Most mainland American orders are shipped by UPS Ground and will be delivered anywhere from 1 to 10 business days from the date shipped, depending on your location in relation to Florida, which is where we are. Smaller orders may ship by USPS Priority Post, at our discretion. Orders can be tracked right from our website by clicking on the "Track Your Order" function in the top right hand corner of any page of the site. If your order shipped by UPS, you will be able to click right through to your tracking info. If your order shipped by USPS Priority Post, you will have to copy and paste the tracking number that you access from our website into the tracking function on the USPS website at www.usps.com. However, you must wait at least a day or two after you place your order for that info to become available. DO NOT try to track your order the minute after it is placed as there will be NO info available yet.
There is a $10.00 shipping surcharge for orders to Puerto Rico and the Armed Forces America.
There is a $20.00 shipping surcharge for orders to the U.S. Armed Forces Abroad and the U.S. Armed Forces Pacific.
SHIPPING INFO FOR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS
All Canadian orders are shipped by USPS (United States Postal Service). The reason for this is that fewer problems are encountered at the border with USPS. Usually, Canadian orders arrive within 6 to 10 business days, however, we must advise Canadian customers of the fact that there is no way to guarantee how many days shipping will take because customs has the ability to stop anything they want at the border and hold it there indefinitely. Unfortunately, we have no control over this, but have never had a problem thus far.

Any merchandise, with the exception of jock straps, mouthguards, and custom-made items, that has not been washed, worn, altered or soiled and remains suitable for resale, may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of order. The customer must pay for the return shipping cost and any refund issued will be for the price of the purchased items minus the initial shipping charge. No exchanges or refunds allowed on jockstraps or mouthguards.
We will always replace defective items free of charge, however, if we have to replace something for an overseas customer, we will only pay to ship to your US address with MyUS.com and you will have to pay them for the rest of the shipping.
