SHIPPING INFO

All American orders (except those to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Armed Forces Abroad and Armed Forces Pacific) are shipped by UPS Ground and will take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days depending on your location. Orders shipped by UPS can be tracked right from our website by clicking on the "Track Your Order" function in the top right hand corner of any page of the site. However, you must wait a day or two after you place your order for that info to become available. DO NOT try to track your order the minute after it is placed as there will be NO info available yet.

There is a $20.00 surcharge for orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Armed Force Abroad and Armed Forces Pacific.

All Canadian orders are shipped by USPS (United States Postal Service). The reason for this is that fewer problems are encountered at the border when using USPS. Usually Canadian orders arrive within 10 business days, however, we must advise Canadian customers of the fact that there is no way to guarantee how many days shipping will take because customs can stop anything they want at the border and hold it there indefinitely. Unfortunately, we have no control over this.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Any merchandise (except jock straps and mouthguards) that has not been washed, worn, altered or soiled and remains suitable for resale, may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of the date of purchase. The customer must pay for the return shipping cost and any refund issued will be for the price of the purchased items minus the initial shipping charge. There is a 10% restocking fee for returns which does not apply to exchanges. No exchanges or refunds allowed on jockstraps or mouthguards.

OTHER INFO

Orders are only accepted online. If you place an order over the telephone it will still be processed online by our staff.
